When I first scheduled, my first appointment was cancelled without any communication, just an email saying that it was cancelled. I did rebook and was able to get in. My actual colonics procedure was good. The water was cold which was different, but I still received good results and the lady was very knowledgeable. The room was not as clean as a room handling fecal matter should be. There’s also carpet in the colonics room, which screams bacteria. There were stains and spots on the floor and wall, which is crazy when in a fecal room because even if it’s not, one would assume that it’s drops of fecal matter that was not properly cleaned. I did use one of the disinfectant wipes to wipe down the machine and it had been filled with other wipes and what smelled like purple fabuloso. Because of the sanitary conditions, I wanted to leave without receiving anything, but did not want to lose the money that I paid and since I was able to wipe the machine down and I saw the new tip come from a fresh package, I stayed because the machine wasn’t necessarily the problem. I did notice when starting that the clear pipe coming from the machine that you can see carrying away the waste was murky and splattered with old waste. There also is no door, just a curtain. Due to the sanitary conditions alone, I will not be back.

This was an amazing experience! I had a colonic done and was completely cleaned out. The facility was clean and welcoming, and I even left with a small gift bag with instructions on what to do/not to do when I got home. I will definitely use this facility again!

ZenBella is an inviting serene atmosphere. The Staff is welcoming and professional. They are knowledgeable about their products and patient enough to make the experience beneficial.
