A friend and I had an appointment for 2:30pm. We were left to soak in the pedicure "tub" for so long the water was freezing. We were never offered a refill to warm the water. The manicure was probably one of the worst I have ever had. I asked for the technician to make sure she put polish on the tips/edges of my nails as this helps to maintain the polish. She did not and as a result the polish was worn off on 3 of the nails by later that evening and it was chipped on one before the night was through. The same thing happened to my friend. As this salon just opened I am not sure if the poor service was due to our having a groupon. Whatever the reason I do not believe I will ever return.
