More information on what actually takes place during the wrap prior to the visit would be helpful to the customer. Overall, the wrap was a good experience and I think I see the results.

The staff was friendly but they were severly understaffed. Although the body wrap appeared to have yielded results, I didn't get measured after because they were overbooked and lacked staff. I was left unattended for over 45 minutes wrapped up. Eventually I cut the wrap myself, got dressedand left. The customer service was not what Iexpected and unfortunately turned what should've been a "stress relieving moment' into a more stressful moment.
