Paradise Stream Resort, Mount Pocono

Came here a few years ago & I loved everything about it. But this time was a NO for me! Started off bad with them giving me a room where the door was broke😳 so they changed our room. Get in the other room, start the jacuzzi and it’s dirt/black stuff floating around! UNACCEPTABLE! We paid too much money for this! Manager gave us a measly 30% off next time, but there wont be next time!

Rooms are outdated and hot tubs not cleaned properly.. the jets are covered in grime and mold

Everything is excellent. I highly recommend for couples.

Check in was SLOW waited 30 minutes & then another 15 to get checked in at the desk. Room itself was great little outdated but we expected that. clean again it's old. The resort had lots activity wise included. Bowling was our favorite. Worst part was the food. They really need to step up the food game. We did not eat at the quick service restaurant but the included bfast & dinner was AWFUL.
