The trained hands behind Sacred Body Works belong to licensed massage therapist Tamara Donaldson. A certified neuromuscular massage therapist, Tamara believes in using massage to help stimulate the body's natural healing response, and her goal is not just to help patients relax and unwind, but also to help them on a path to holistic wellness and pain relief.
