What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Making the world a better and cleaner place without people that are suffering from allergies, clogged dryers and filthy carpets. and the "diamond in the crown" is to get all the smiles and feedbacks from happy clients.

What do you love most about your job?
getting the amazing feeling of satisfaction after solving an air quality issues that cause to health entanglement. or unclogging dryer vent that could cause a fire that will put people under a risk.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I got a "bear hug" from a senior lady that had asthma and had hard time to breath in the house. she needed help with getting her ducts cleaned after 20 years without cleaning. after seeing the amount of dust that we took she was amazed.

The worker was polite but I didn’t like that I had to pay extra for the service. I won’t buy this Groupon again because it’s add up to cost the same or even more without the Groupon.

Just an attempt to upsell me to a $700 service. Did not do any cleaning or even look at my dryer vent. Would not buy again.

Terrible. Horrible communication, they cancelled their appointment with me on the day of after I had already taken off work, then completely no-call-no-showed for the rescheduled appointment. When they finally came out, they refused to do the actual vent cleaning service that I’d paid for! The tech was there for 5 minutes and just vacuumed out the intake vent with a shop vac and that was it. He asked if I wanted it sanitized and I said “sure,” then afterwards informed me it was an additional $100 that I hadn’t agreed to. He even informed me the Groupon is a scam to get them in your house so they can upsell you on other services. When I spoke to the manager on the phone she was very rude and refused to give me even a partial refund, even though #1 I did not get what I paid for and #2 I had never agreed to an additional charge. I don’t know how this company has decent reviews. I’d give them zero stars if I could. Just horrible. Stay away.
