Honor reservations, don't blame the customer, and treat a Groupon customer the same as any other customer (allow reservations/communication by phone instead of all communication by email). Don't say that a room has a queen bed when it doesn't (web site confirms that the cabin bedrooms have a two full beds). Continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. This is the short list.

We appreciated being able to bring our dogs, breakfast was very nice - healthy options, very clean rooms, and the restaurant was so much better than we hoped for. You've got a lot of hard work ahead but it's obvious you're trying to make it a nicer place. All the RVs were off putting, but that's just us.

Learn how to provide customer service if you are going to be in the hospitality business and don't question your customers when they tell you a cat broke through the newly stapled to the window frame pseudo screens.
