They didn't show up for my appointment and were unresponsive when I tried to contact them.

I wish you all the best. I will pray for you. This client scheduled an appointment through our website. We did not accept the appointment because we had no room for our appointment due to the fact that we had appoints pre. Booked around the hurricane and being that we are a very satisfying company we needed to satisfy our clients we had pre booked already. The client was upset. Via text message the client unstood and rwaheduked to October 20th and then cancelled her appointment.
I love people and to satisfy clients but I really can not stand a person that tells lies and at any point I feel a need to forward this information to my Lawyer for defamation of character I will. Ms.Paige you will here from my lawyer for telling lies on my company.

Do not use APTU.
I ended up using a different service to clean the still dirty house.
They postponed their arrival a couple of times, and then were even late for that.
Immediately started haggling for the working hours.
They did not clean. Just waltzed around the house without actually wiping anything.
I asked them to clean certain locations, floors, windows, etc.
Did a terrible job at that.
Then I received a call from the owner/manager - shouting at me not to disturb the "workers".
I didn't even get any chance to reply and had to "take" the insult.
After a couple of minutes of shouting she hung up and I had to just watch them playing pretend cleaning.
They left early leaving everything pretty much as it started, the kitchen counter was still full of dust.
Do not use, stay away from APTU.

Scheduling was a few weeks out, which wasn’t a huge issue. The people that came were very nice, however my Groupon was for 4 hrs & left after 3, which I also wouldn’t have minded except that my entire third floor didn’t get done. The owner graciously offered to come back out and clean it, we scheduled it three or four different times, they never showed up and now won’t respond. Don’t buy this.

Good Afternoon, thank you for your feedback. But to my understanding the reason why ww had to schedule 3-4 times because of your schedule. You was not available in the home to give us access. To the home. I really do appreciate your business. I wish you all the best.
