The Durham Blues & Brews Festival combines blues music, food trucks, and local beer to create a distinctly North Carolina event. As music from renowned blues artists plays in the background, patrons can eat and drink their way through the festivals offerings. Festival organizers bring in food trucks from all over the country to create a diverse menu for guests.

When it comes to beer, however, they keep things local. Serving only North Carolina beer, the festival brings breweries from all over the state. Guests can sample the different beverages while they learn more about each brewery. In addition to craft beer, there will be locally brewed cider and wine available. Admission ensures the guests get unlimited pours of craft beer, cider, or wine.

It's run by The Exchange Club of Greater Durham and all proceeds are donated to local non-profits and community programs.

Always a fun event! Great music, local beer, and food trucks - what’s not to love?! A great time to get together with friends and try different beers, enjoy your local go-tos, and listen to some great jams. Downtown Durham gets better and better!
