If you don't feel like reading this whole review, I will give you all the information you need right here: Don't come within 10 feet of this place. It's an awful, tacky studio run by a rude, mean-spirited owner. Below are the three separate experiences I had--each different, but telling.
The first time I came here, I was excited to try a TRX class. Myself and about a dozen other woman arrived, and waited and waited and waited...until finally the woman at the front desk came up and said, "Sorry everyone, the teacher is not picking up my phone calls and it looks like we're gonna have to ask another teacher to teach this class." The woman who had just taught the class before ours then came out and happily led us through the class, even though she told us she'd done five classes that day. I enjoyed the class, despite it starting late.
The second time I wanted to try this Sunday evening yoga class taught by Clayton. Whenever myself or someone had to modify a pose because they were unable to do it or because it was something that their practice did not call for, Clayton said, "Excuse me friend, what are we doing here?" inadvertently embarrassing a third of the people there. After the class was over, I decided that Clayton was an instructor whose class I would not attend again.
The third and final time, I saw on the schedule that there was a 30 minute stretching and meditation class on Monday evenings. I decided to try it, however it turned out the class was only 15 minutes long. I asked one of the women who'd taken the class if that was always the case, and she said yes, but people rarely pay for it. The attendee also encouraged me to talk to the owner, who it turned out was also the teacher of the class.
This is where I can honestly say that I have never been treated so poorly as a customer. When I asked Sloane if it was typical for that class to only be 15 minutes long she snapped back saying it was 25 minutes (the clock clearly said otherwise). I read her the description of the class online, and that's where she started to agree a bit, since they didn't do any meditation. When I asked if I could get my class back, she said no because it was a Groupon. I said that was fine, but she should probably consider changing the description of the class online so that people were not confused. She then said, "Well, what's going on here? You're clearly not happy." Of course I wasn't happy! I had had two bad experiences leading up to this, now this was a third, and so I clearly wasted my time and my money coming here. When I told her I'd never been treated so rudely as a customer in my life, she said, "Well this is a two-way street, and I don't think the studio's the right fit for you." When I asked what she meant by that, she failed to elaborate and simply rolled her eyes and repeated herself. She then said she'd refund my Groupon, and I walked out knowing that this studio won't make it more than a few months.
Also, I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, because while they have kombucha on tap, they don't have drinking water in the studio outside of the bathroom...which I'm pretty sure is a health violation.
Long story short: you are better off trying one of the dozens of other studios in the area where they will treat you kindly, considerately, and won't leave you feeling as if you've wasted your money.

Excellent workout. All the instructors were both friendly and knowledgeable. They walk around and make corrections as needed.
