If you have absolutely no computer experience, then maybe these guys are the way to go. No different than the local kid next door looking at your machine, with a performance analyzer. Save the bucks and go to Micro Center in Westmont.

It took my laptop over a month to be fixed because they forgot to call me not once but twice and then denied this when I came to pick it up. I've also noticed no difference in the speed of my laptop since they worked on it. This groupon was definitely a waste of time and money.
