Such an odd chiropractor experience. The chiropractor has these old pamphlets and binders that he shows you and reads to you. He seemed more like a salesman. There should be an option to get the services/adjustments without the whole sales pitch. The sales pitch took over an hour, and afterwards I had to ask for an adjustment because he wanted to schedule it for another day. Everything is super old and outdated, from the furniture to the X-ray machine. The receptionist is super sweet and helpful though. The lady I got my massage from seemed like she was inconvenienced. She didn’t introduce herself so I didn’t know what her name was. She also smelled like cigarettes. The massage lasted 40 minutes even though it was supposed to have been for 60 minutes. It definitely was not a relaxing experience. Not to mention, I broke out in an itchy rash for a week afterwards.

The consultation was a good experience. Mark has a lot of knowledge and was detailed. He targeted the problems causing arthritis in my left hip. I’m enjoying being able to walk without pain and felt a difference soon after my appointment. I am looking forward to my next adjustment, then, it’ll be a five star! Thank you for the wonderful customer service from the front desk.
