The person who came to clean the carpets did a great job!! Only issue I had was that a few days later I noticed a charge on my credit card that they didn't inform me about. I expected to pay the environmental fee of $15 but they added an additional $13.95 and said it was a groupon tax. I was not informed of this prior to this showing up on my card.

Very professional- there was a problem earlier in the day that made my service delayed BUT they still showed up (whereas others may have canceled) and did a fantastic job! It was out of their control but they (Blake) made the best of the situation. Thank you! Will use again and have already recommended to others!
