The manager's initial greeting was cheerful enough, but upon learning I was just there for a oil change/tire rotation groupon he looked visibly pained and even let out an "ugh" sound. I overheard him telling the mechanic that this one (my car) was just an oil change and rotation and to get it out quick. The thought of a mechanic working too quickly or carelessly on my vehicle isn't a comforting thought. I thought businesses used groupons to get first-time customers in the door and make a good impression...this wasn't my experience.
