Alanna was great!! Good communicator so was quick to response for my appt time, was able to get me in pretty quick (being that I was last minute), directions to the salon were great and loved that she text'd me the previous day to remind me---I like reminders:) My hair wash felt good, small trim and blowout---looks great and only took about 1/2hr since I didn't want a full cut. Very pleased!! Alanna is very personable and easy to talk to!
