What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? _At Breakthrough Fitness we offer a personalized training experience. Not comfortable in crowded gyms or packed classes? No problem! It is our goal that each of our clients feel welcome and at ease throughout every step of the journey to their BREAKTHROUGH! _

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? _Group Training: Get your strength training in as well as a killer cardio session, and leave sweaty and energized, burning twice as many calories as you would in a regular strength or spin class! Pilates: Builds strength creating a sleek, toned body with slender thighs and a flat abdomen. _

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? Fitness has been a huge part of my life. I started working in this industry as a teen and worked my way up to open my own facility in 2005. This has enabled me to fulfill my dream of making fitness my lifelong passion. My wife has the same passion and we joined forces to bring you this facility.

What do you love most about your job? Fitness has truly changed my life. I am honored to be in a profession that allows me to help others do the same. I hold heart on my sleeve and take a tremendous amount of pride in my clients' goals and fitness dreams. I will put my blood sweat and tears to help them accomplish their goals.
