Course was in horrible condition. Nothing has been taken care of. Cart paths were basically nonexistent and the course was so bumpy that I got a contusion on my lower back from a barely functioning golf cart. Greens had many mud and bare patches. I heard after the fact the course has been sold to a developer and they’ve just given up.

The price is good but the course is in the worst shape of any course I’ve ever played. It has rained the night before so no carts were allowed. This wasn’t The end of the world but there appeared to absolutely no drainage on the course. The greens were in terrible shape. I don’t think the rough had been cut weeks. In some places the fairways were so bumpy that they couldn’t more then so there was
