Shank's Restaurant & Lounge, Halifax

From it's spot inside the Country Club of Halifax, Shank's Restaurant & Lounge provides visitors with warm and welcoming dining experiences. A uniquely shaped bar serves as the centerpiece at the heart of the restaurant; it seats about 40 people, but it also features rounded corners that make it far more intimate than traditional designs. Diners, golfers who just finished their round, and golf carts on their lunch break gather for succulent feasts, including prime rib draped in au jus and pasta primavera loaded with cajun chicken, peppers, zucchini, and summer squash. In the morning, Shank's dishes out omelets, waffles, and other breakfast plates, garnishing each with a selection of fresh fruit.
