Zero stars- receptionist was very nasty because I didn't see this was NEW clients only. Please make it easier to see on the phone that this deal is not for existing clients. I had No idea I would be treated so poorly over a mistake. I had no idea I had to scroll all the way down on my phone...Under the reviews. It's not even on the fine print on my voucher! I never would have purchased this deal, so I just made sure I paid the regular amount to my wonderful technician in her tip. I left shaking, terrible experience.
