Tavern of Little Italy, Cleveland

Italian-American culture hinges on home and family, so it's no surprise that when the proprietors of Tavern of Little Italy (also known as TOLI), needed a new space for their bar, they turned to a residential space. The team renovated and restored one of the neighborhood's 100-year-old houses, giving it new life as a hip meeting place for a new generation of residents.

In keeping with the revamped space, chefs here cast Italian classic in an adventurous new light. They transform lemon pesto chicken into a sizzling panini and deep-fry spaghetti and meatballs for one of their shareable appetizers. Behind the bar, guests will find inventive house cocktails, 14 tap lines of craft beer, and a curated wine selection that combines Italian favorites with varietals from New World growing regions.
