About Om Shanti Yoga And Healing Arts

Ananda Kathryn founded OM Shanti Yoga & Healing Arts to follow her calling as a healer. After travelling to Thailand to further her studies, she went on to train in everything from massage therapy and yoga to energy work and reiki healing. Soon afterwards, she gathered a team of like-minded individuals to pursue a path towards wellness.

With a focus on connecting the mind, body and spirit, experienced staff members gently guide customers towards reaching their full potential. Clients can relax and treat themselves to luxurious herbal baths and massages, or embark on a journey of self-reflection through energy work, sound healing sessions, and astrological readings.

I enjoyed my massage with Anna. She was lovely, used the requested pressure, focused on needs I mentioned before the massage, and the room was comfortable. It was so relaxing and beneficial. I recommend, and would return myself!
