Great facility. If you are a lifter this place checks all the boxes. Owner Kathy is super nice AND a powerlifter. Mike the manager is great too. Both very helpful. Old school, no nonsense, clean, friendly environment. Cardio deck. Heavy bags. Place has a good vibe. Check them out! Support Small Local Business.
