Love the yoga abd barre classes! Awesome instructors, great environment.... And the hot room makes all the difference. Highly recommend for anyone new or experienced!

The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. I had not tried Yoga before but thought it would be a good way to get back into being more active. Purchasing the Groupon made it easier and less painful because it gave me the flexibility to try Yoga without a large financial sacrifice if I didn't find it positive. I went to my first class today and found it small and inviting. The instructor was positive and easy going. The barre was a nice featue for those of us who are balance challenged.
