Since 1999, Keith and Nancy Kouris have made quality their top priority at Blue Duck Bakery Cafe. Making artisan breads such as pane pugliese and filone, Keith, the master baker, ensures each recipe is authentic and meets the high Blue Duck standard. Keith continues to expand the recipes sold, which includes pastries and cakes among pies and tarts. To be enjoyed with cappuccinos and coffee, Keith never adds preservatives, but, instead, sparks rich flavors with a natural fermentation.
