At Guo Guo Hot Pot, diners cook up everything themselves. They pick their choice of broth, such as a bubbling spicy herbal concoction or classic clear soup, and the servers bring as much seafood, meat, and vegetables as guests want.

Guo Guo is known for its fresh seafood, including mussels, lobster, crab, and squid, but it also has Australian lamb, quail eggs, and even lunchmeat. Guests round out their hot pots with several types of vegetables and noodles, and complement the meals with cold brews. They can order sushi and sashimi, as well.
