Atmosphere not so good, not a professional restaurant. Need improvement in many areas to attract customers.

Really tasty food, generous portions. Came here for the hot pot and found that we got FRESH wood ear mushrooms (not dried) and the crab was so fresh that it was still moving a bit. Facility was clean and well maintained, staff was friendly. It was my dad's first time having hot pot and he really enjoyed it.

Two meats, two veggies, some noodles with a choice of broth and you've got yourself a filling $30 meal. Self- sufficiency rules, so though you tip well, don't expect much table service And plan to come earlier in the day, when the food is fresher.

We purchased groupon for HOTPOT and it was horrible. The soup base was so bland and customer service was really bad. The flounder fillet was not fresh and even after informing the waitress they still didn't do anything. This will be my first and last time going there.

From Our Editors

At Guo Guo Hot Pot, diners cook up everything themselves. They pick their choice of broth, such as a bubbling spicy herbal concoction or classic clear soup, and the servers bring as much seafood, meat, and vegetables as guests want.

Guo Guo is known for its fresh seafood, including mussels, lobster, crab, and squid, but it also has Australian lamb, quail eggs, and even lunchmeat. Guests round out their hot pots with several types of vegetables and noodles, and complement the meals with cold brews. They can order sushi and sashimi, as well.
