very clean and welcoming atmosphere, the teachers are very educated and helpful and the classes are amazing

The carpet in the hot yoga room is a huge health violation. The room always smelled very badly due to all the sweat that accumulated from all students taking each class at that studio. All hot yoga studios should have floors that can be mopped clean after each class to remove students' sweat and disinfect the floor for the next group of entering students.

Sweating out from placed you never thought possible. The exercises don't push you to the limit but the heat makes it a hard workout.

For more than five years, the classes at HotYoga4You Rego Park have helped practitioners stretch out over the course of 90 minutes. But, in the fast-paced world of yoga instruction, tradition is secondary to innovation. Responding to the popular demands of their students, the center's instructors now offer a brand-new 60-minute version of their signature class. The hour-long classes include the same poses and breathing as their 90-minute counterparts. By shaving off the excess 30 minutes, instructors save their students some precious time, which they can then use for important business such as picking the kids up from soccer practice or building a scale replica of the soccer stadium out of old game programs.
