The carpet in the hot yoga room is a huge health violation. The room always smelled very badly due to all the sweat that accumulated from all students taking each class at that studio. All hot yoga studios should have floors that can be mopped clean after each class to remove students' sweat and disinfect the floor for the next group of entering students.

Sweating out from placed you never thought possible. The exercises don't push you to the limit but the heat makes it a hard workout.
