Rotisserie chickens are king on Tu Casa Restaurant's menu of Peruvian, Dominican, Colombian, and Argentinian cuisine. The juicy birds are roasted and served up in quarter, half, and whole portions along with side dishes of rice and beans. Chefs also fry, bread, or grill morsels of chicken, as well as marinate seafood ceviches in a tart, lime-based sauce.
