Rotisserie chickens are king on Tu Casa Restaurant's menu of Peruvian, Dominican, Colombian, and Argentinian cuisine. The juicy birds are roasted and served up in quarter, half, and whole portions along with side dishes of rice and beans. Chefs also fry, bread, or grill morsels of chicken, as well as marinate seafood ceviches in a tart, lime-based sauce. A homemade green sauce can add spice to a grilled steak or color to a boring white shirt, and pitchers of red or white sangria wash down piquant flavors with bits of sweet, fresh fruit. The eatery also provides catering for special occasions.
