Bad service from the time I booked till the time I left. I came on time to my scheduled appointment and was told they didn’t have any mechanics available, even though I saw a few of them sitting around. So I came back an hour later and they finally took my car in to do the wheel alignment. It only took about 20 minutes and they said they were done. Then told me I have to pay $5 in taxes. Swiped my card and the card reeder wasn’t working, luckily I had cash and paid the taxes with that. The next day my car felt the same way it was driving before. I took it to my friends mechanic and he said no wheel alignment was done on my car. So they lied about doing it and took my money. When I tried to call the next day, I was put on hold and then hung up on. Tried to call back and same thing happened, was put on hold and hung up on. So I just left it alone, made sure to tell everyone not to go there for service and learned my lesson about using Groupon and cheep mechanic service centers. Absolutely do not recommend as I now am having to pay for another wheel alignment once I get my new tires on. These people are not honest and the establishment is not very clean either.
