Every time I come it’s a great experience!! My Groupon was ex Expiring on the that they did not see patients but they aloud me to still come😊 I’m soo grateful because she didn’t have to see me at all.!! Always great service I’m always telling others about their service !!!🌹

My recent experience at this establishment was far from satisfactory. I had scheduled a One Immunity IV Session for December 22 at 11:00 a.m. Upon arriving, I was informed by Ana, the receptionist, that the doctor was on holiday. I received no call, voicemail, or email regarding the cancellation. Ana stated that she attempted to call me the previous day. I then questioned why a voicemail wasn't left if they had called to convey the change. Though Ana apologized, I rescheduled for the following week, calling beforehand to ensure no further issues. The receptionist then claimed my appointment wasn't on their calendar, but she could add me. Despite my frustration, I reluctantly scheduled yet again for the subsequent day, because of unsuccessful attempts at a refund. On the day of the appointment, I called ahead to see if an earlier arrival was possible, which the receptionist confirmed. Upon arrival, Ana directed me to the IV room, where Dr. Graham arrived a few minutes later, and informed me that I would receive Vitamin C, B complex, and Zinc. She asked if I had ever received IV treatment before and proceeded to insert the IV. I inquired about the duration of the treatment, to which Dr. Graham responded, "It depends," before mentioning her return and leaving. That marked the last time I saw Dr. Graham. After about 15 minutes, Ana, who was friendly, removed the IV, and I departed. My ratings are 2/5 for Customer Service, 3/5 for Cleanliness, and 0/5 for the treatment. Consequently, my overall rating for this experience is 1/5. Despite it being my first visit, I have decided not to return. The Groupon booking misled me. It advertised $65 for One Immunity IV Session ($180 Value). However, the treatment I received, known as 'The Fighter,' is priced at $109 and involves 2 IV bags instead of 1. I was given one IV bag since I purchased it through Groupon. None of this was clarified upfront. This discrepancy makes the advertised deal non-existent.

I used this voucher only once and I suppose to be able to use it again in 8 weeks but it show that I used them both but the first time I tried to purchase it the payment declined. So I did it again
