Bad job. Didn't do a good job, they messed up my Axle too. And may have affected my transmission. I called twice, placed on hold. Wrote them, never got a response. Don't go here.

I got an appointment for the oil change within a day. they did the change and the check and finished up. It seemed seamless. it is in an industrial part of town - no coffee shops nearby. so you pretty much have to wait there or go on a walk - but there are seats to use.

I Was the first person in the door. Was told it would be about a hour for a oil change and Tire Rotation. Was closer to 2 hours. Your Time has value.
