Few eateries could successfully base their business on the berries and seeds of just a couple plants, but that's exactly what Bango Bowls has done. For one of its two specialties, it mixes organic açaí berries with oats-and-honey granola and other fresh fruits, creating antioxidant-packed bowls that fuel customers and boost their health. And for its other specialty, it grinds up roasted beans to craft cold-brew and nitro coffee, keeping java lovers energized with their favorite drink.
