I have never hurried home to take to Groupon to write a negative review, that all changed today. I bought the Keratin groupon for OSH and could not have been more upset. It is a total scam. You are better off going to your local hair place and paying the regular price for Keratin. I have had this treatment at least 5 times and have NEVER had to pay extra for the length of my hair. Upon arrival I was told my service would cost an additional $40 charge because my hair is slightly past my shoulders. As I said, I have done this treatment many times and my hair has NEVER been as short as it was today yet was charged. The girl went on to say it actually ranges $50-$80 extra for longer hair. I am certain she could tell my utter disgust when she shared this with me, yet there was no good faith gesture made and even after the groupon I had to pay $40 more. Not anticipating this, I only had enough to give the stylist a $20 tip. Unless she is in on the extra charge scam she too got shafted today. I would not ever recommend this salon to anyone. Something tells me regardless of the service you buy from them you will still be charged extra. Do yourself a favor and look around for a different salon!

The only thing thing that bothered me was the up charge to my keratin, with the salon citing my hair length as an issue. My hair is not long.
