Service not that great, waited forever for our food. Everyone for their food before us and in the end the owner wasn't that pleasant

Felt the waiter gave up on the table. Couldn't find him to celebrate my mother's birthday. Couldn't find him to get the check. Had to ask the other help for that. (He was having his dinner.) I felt he thought it wasn't worth his time.
