Services described were not delivered. No deep conditioning treatment or style. "$60" regular value scam. Been to high end salons for $45 and got twice as much! Extremely painful hair wash. Felt like she was ripping my hair out. 1-2 inches of hair cut became 5-6. Bye bye long hair, hello can of toxic, cheap hairspray. Had to wash nasty product from hair and bad style out the moment I got home.

The staff was very friendly but my daughter did not get what she asked for on the highlights neither did I and it was not like we asked for something out of the box. did not even get hair cuts because we did not feel that comfortable . Bought the groupon so had the highlights done and . We can say we were there and will not return

Rachel I am very disappointed and confused because when you left our salon you were very happy and then 5 minutes later came back completely different. The groupon your husband purchased was for highlights not for a full color service at which it CLEARLY states. Sorry that you are not sure about the difference however that is a completely different service which was explained to you.

The BEST haircutting experience. Denise took her time explaining to me how to curl my hair, and she styled it for free. Never an awkward moment talking, other customers and staff were polite too. A friendly and welcoming environment. My haircut was perfect, exactly what I wanted. Highlights looked great and I'm definitely coming back this spring!
