Frank's Pizza & Italian Restaurant, Easton

I called before going on a random week night. I specifically asked if I could use this groupon because our party had 3 people for dinner and I know sometimes these groupons are tricky with the amount of people. No where that I saw did it state I could not use for less than 4 people. The lady on phone said yes no problem, verified it with another person before we got off phone and we were good to go. Showed up maybe 10mins later, gave the waitress our groupon, she said nothing to us, we ordered meals, went to pay, and that's when the problem started. First he said we couldn't use that, I said I called spoke with two females, they wanted names, I said seriously?! Then he said Ill do you a favor and let you use it this one time, which irritated me because no you are doing me a favor, what you're doing is upholding your employees word that I was given when I called! Its a small establishment I assume the only two ladies we saw there were the ladies we spoke with! The owner came over, older gentleman, said we cant use, I said to him his employees that answered phone said we could, waitress never said anything to us after giving her the groupon which she did pick up and look at. He then said he'll let us this one time with massive attitude and walked off saying stuff in a different language! Never again will we go back. How rude. I did tip the waitress because it wasn't her fault. And not due to their rudeness, but the pizza is ok, pasta dishes not so great, very bland. Make sure you have names of who you speak with on phone with them when verifying your Groupons! What a headache for a mediocre restaurant!

Service friendly and good! Food - meh.

Food was great! Service was quick.

Good food, we especially like the cheesesteaks.
