We had fun. It was first time painting ceramics
It was fun and enjoyable the day of painting but not alot of things to make patterns and it took awhile to get back even after calling.
The owner seemed annoyed that we were there to use a groupon and was a generally cranky man. The shop was not heated, so by the time I got done with my piece I had a headache from being so cold the entire time. The assistant was wearing way too short shorts, which doesn't really have anything to do with anything, but they were really really to short to be considered professional by any means and I don't know how she wasn't freezing because the place was sooo cold!
I was supposed to receive a call 10 days after we did it to pick up my Pottery I've been calling and leaving voicemail and no one has yet to call me back to pick up my Pottery which I paid for
I was told that my Pottery be ready in 7 to 10 days it has been over 2 weeks and I have still not received a phone call back to pick up me and my kids Pottery we did I think that is completely unprofessional and I've called and I get the voicemail over and over again I would not recommend this to anyone else
Horrible customer service! Can’t find our pottery that we did... now 5 weeks later still no pottery to be found. Won’t return calls or emails.
Margaret was fantastic and so enthsiastic with everything she said! Seriously, she was so helpful and checked in on us at least every 15 mins. Great, fun experience and will be back again!
The young lady that works there was fantastic, unfortunately the owner was rude and condescending. I won't be back
Always a great activity and such a nice place!
