Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We like to help our members hit their goals. We give them fun, challenging workouts based on their fitness level. Achievements are celebrated monthly!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I've always been inspired by fitness. Getting the chance to assist my peers on a daily basis was a no brainer.

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing their eyes light up after hitting a goal or acheiving something they didn;t think was possible! Most of all, making friends through this amazing community.
