Hello Angelika, Over the years I rarely respond to feedback however you review warrants my attention. Thank you for reviewing our service. Based on the voucher purchased it says it’s $25 for trucks and additional fees may apply based on condition of your vehicle. Two spots not fully cleaned means your car has had stains (not normal condition) which is why you were charged another $25. Or is it possible your vehicle is Large or has a 3rd row. We spell it all out in the fine print. I hate to say I don’t believe you in regards to the scratch on your hood but I don’t believe we put the scratch on your hood. Put quite simply if we put a scratch on your paint we take the scratch out. We are excellent at taking scratches out. Please note putting a scratch on a hood is impossible to do using a garden house, wash mitts and micro fiber towels. However it’s very easy putting a scratch on a hood using an ice scraper, are you certain you didn’t put this scratch on your car and maybe missed seeing it because your car wasn’t the cleanest until we washed it? Running your car while detailing the interior is a common practice in the auto detailing industry especially during winter months, we like to make sure the seats and carpets are dry before delivering the vehicle to the customer. Feed back like yours makes me think why do we do Groupons? Their customers don’t seem to always be honest, then a read further reviews and thank god not everyone is misleading.
