Our services are just for women, and have a personalized one on one interaction where the client can truly be themselves with no distractions. Each program design is unique with a steady progression to reach results and specific goals

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
By encouragement, and education on the importance of consistency and hard work with exciting results.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
As a women's personal trainer in a big box gym, I found that it was a little intimidating for some just starting out. I wanted to create an atmosphere with an easy going comfortable vibe for women only, so they could learn how easy it is to lift weights and become healthy, confident and strong.

What do you love most about your job?
Being able to help someone feel great about the accomplishments they are making, and watching the newfound glow emerge when they realize they can do it!
