About Denny Kemp Salon Edina

Denny Kemp began his styling career as one of the first students under Horst Rechelbacher, the founder of Aveda. This student has since become the master to his own protegés, passing on what he has learned within his own salon's walls, decorated with carefully selected artwork, some of it being the product of Denny’s own genius. Denny's brigade of innovative and artistic stylists spritzes clients with professional-grade products from Shu Uemura, Kérastase, R + CO, and Eminence. They're also versed in smoothing frizz with keratin formulas and performing balayage and micro-foiling.

Had an amazing facial with Mary. This is one of the few locations in Minneapolis that offers diamond peel facials, and after trying derma-planing elsewhere, I much prefer diamond microdermabrasion. My skin felt amazing directly afterwards, and I saw fantastic results several weeks afterwards. It really helped minimize blemishes and discoloration, while amping up skin care results. Thanks Mary!

Completely ruined my hair color. Initially the color was somewhat off, but when I went back for it to be corrected and she made it 100 times worse! I’m blonde (and was planning to stay that way) but walked out of there a dirty, flat, dishwater brown. Awful. If you’re looking for blonde highlights or balayage, look somewhere else.
