I had a consult prior to my appt that was very good. She was kind, helpful and I was looking forward to my treatment. When I arrived for my BBL treatment, however it was done by someone else and the experience felt rushed and ineffective. I was in/out in about 10-15 minutes. None of my areas of concern were addressed. My skin did not respond in any way to the minimal service it received. She put on a thin layer of spf and I left with my skin feeling so dry.
After my BBL treatment they clearly wanted me to purchase a bundle of additional (followup) treatments and had the experience been better I would have. If however what I experienced is what I was buying more of —NO thanks.
I recently had a BBL at different med spa where I received very thorough treatment and care, had all of my areas addressed and left with my skin feeling richly moisturized (also spf protected). This was my base for comparison so while it cost more, the quality of service is what I’m there for. I had hoped Envy Skin Clinic would be trying to create a loyal customer by giving excellent service and quality treatment but it felt more like I got poor and rushed service because I had a Groupon deal. I won’t be back.

These guys were fantastic! I bought a BBL photofacial. I have been living in FL for the past several years and with my Scandinavian skin and freckles I needed a good deep pull up of sun spots. I have done IPL and BBL in the past with good results. But it usually requires a few treatments.
I was just visiting so could only do one treatment. They recommended I do a combo of the BBL and an IV Peel to get a really good deep pull of the pigmentation.
Wow!! The results were stunning!!! I highly recommend going this route. I am 52 and after this my skin was radiant. I was visiting my mom and we were both jsut blown away with how good it looked after all pealed away.
Thank you!!! I will absolutely be back and do this combo again when needed down the line. I could not be happier with any aspect of of my experience. These guys are top notch!!! Thank you!!
