About this Business
Nice job. Very happy. Would go again.
The nail technician, Kim, was cordial and customer service was quite good. However, she was distracted throughout my appointment. I asked for light pink nails and pointed to the light pink on her color wheel, but she accidentally gave me dark purple. I didn’t mind, but then she painted on five or six layers so they were very thick. Quite unfortunate experience, as she seems sweet.
That was a Groupon deal with extra discount so even with a tip it cost me 20 bucks.
$20 is the price of gel polish without manicure nor gel removal at any other nail salons.
I will not come back. I love getting mani because it is such a relaxing procedure starting with soaking your fingers in a soapy water and ending with a lotion massaged into your hands and arms up to your elbow.
There was not such service at this place. She put some cuticle liquid on my nails and immediately started clipping them. That was rather rough and there was no lotion afterwards
Also her hours are very very limited. No morning appointments and only a few nights per week so it took a long time to schedule
This service was not good. She was very rough with her tools and made me wince and pull back my feet in pain several times.
Kim is meticulous and pays close attention to detail...my nails are nearly perfect! The only reason for 4 stars is that the “customer service” was just mediocre. Could’ve been a little more friendly/willing to please a new customer.
I was 6 minutes late due to inclement weather and she was very upset and said she should have canceled my appointment. The next person after me was 6 minutes late as well and she was super friendly to her. Not the way to practice business. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend.
Awesome experience!!! She even was totally fine with my 2 year old hanging out in the pedicure chair the whole time!!
Pros: clean studio, private, good atmosphere, quick, decent manicure
Cons: waiting for the manicure, lack of either conversation/music/tv, not many choices of color for gel, you miss the full manicure with soaking your nails/lotion/hand massage , winced a couple times because the grooming part hurt a little bit.

Terrible service! Do not buy this! She doesn’t soak the nails at all before she cleans your cuticle with the metal tools. So so painful and unsafe practice.
From Our Editors
Kimberly has been making nails look beautiful for more than 20 years. At her nail studio, she takes special care to ensure that each pampering service is also a completely sanitary one, too. She uses disposable foot files and buffer blocks, and all metal tools are soaked in disinfectant solutions after every use.
During pedicures, feet soak in a whirlpool bath before she trims and shapes nails, cares for cuticles, and smooths away calluses. An exfoliating sugar scrub leaves feet baby soft before nails get coats of polish. Kimberly also specializes in gel polish applications, which leave polish looking perfect and chip-free for up to 14 days.
