Everything is so fresh and delicious. They have the best tofu in town. I highly recommend the Rice Paper Plate Siagon style.

I have never had a dish at Rice Paper that I didn't like, but the Tamarind Rice Trio is a favorite!

The food was flavorful and you can taste the spices. It wasn't loaded with sodium, soy or sugar.

I ordered a dish that was available with chicken, tofu, or for $3 more shrimp. The shrimp was way over cooked and there were 4 small shrimp. I told the waitress about the shrimp and said I wasn't asking her to do anything about it but that the shrimp were very dry and chewy. That's as far as it went. I didn't feel like persuing it as I was using a coupon. The meal was very bland and was mostly mushy rice.

From Our Editors

An Nguyen's full-wall photos of cool, shadowy bamboo groves serve as a tranquil backdrop to her restaurant and a reminder of her homeland of Vietnam, which she left in 1970. All of Rice Paper's recipes emerged from An's childhood in Vietnam, with an emphasis on contrasts such as sweet and sour, soft and crunchy, hot and cold, or Laurel and Hardy.

Though the dishes are traditional, they have been stripped of fat and salt in favor of healthier steaming and grilling. While perusing the eatery's separate gluten- and dairy-free menu, guests can sip on a glass of wine or artisan sake.
