I was very satisfied with my Magic Sleek treatment, the service and the vibe of the salon. The owner was very pleasant and helpful and the hair tech worked quickly and efficiently and was quiet but very pleasant, just the way I like it!

This had to be the worst keratin I ever had. Owner forgot I had an appointment. Another woman also had an appointment that was forgotten. After we called the owner she came to the shop and proceeded to do the color for the other client at the same time as my keratin. I have had many keratin treatments and I questioned her method. She said not to worry. Her flat iron didn’t work well. It was a fail

Please don’t go to this salon they will damage your hair. I went to get the straightening Japanese and they did a terrible job. I’ve been doing this for years in others places and my hair always looks amazing. I never had a problem until now. I will request a refund.

Woah !!the owner Amy is a cheat and a liar and abusive so is her non English speaker technician -I had to call the cops on her as she refused to fix my highlights and keratin treatment -they are other reviews on Groupon about her with customers with the same experience-my ignorance to not take them seriously!!!now I know first hand what a negative pathetic abusive experience it is to go to salon!
