Cynthia Ann Gates is a licensed massage therapist with more than 20 years of experience. Her therapeutic sessions include myofascial release therapy, which utilizes trigger-point pressure techniques to relieve pain and release toxins in the muscle, along with lymphatic-drainage massages, and neuromuscular-therapy stretches.
