I had no results with the 5 treatments I received and before I could finish the treatment plan they moved and they never called me as promised to let me know where I could receive the remaining treatments. I am very unhappy and would appreciate a refund from them!

I have left numerous messages on their machine!! They have returned 1 call in the last two weeks but I missed the call. When I called back I had to leave a message AGAIN! They never answer, it's always a machine. Anyway my groupon expires 12/1/13 and I even left that info on the machine in hopes they would call back. I WANT MY MONEY BACK PLEASE! I am ready to call the BBB and the attorney general if they do not return my money.

Bought groupon in May, set up an appointment then got an e-mail canceling my appointment. The e-mail said they would contact me to set another appointment. They never did. I submitted the on-line call back form 3 times and never got a call back. I left many messages and they never called back. Finally, yesterday, Sara did make a good effort to reach me. Only to say that they are not currently offering the laser lipo at that location and I could drive to Dallas. She offered me a full refund. I'm hoping that the refund does come through.
