This is a follow-up from my May 2018 review. I had to stop in July 2018 after injuring my knee on a mountain hike (at 52 years and 260 lbs). It's been over 18 months, but the key lessons I learned from Morgan have stayed with me. I don't quit when I get tired, but plug through to that second wind. Morgan taught me to believe in myself.
