We were very unhappy that they would not match prices of other companies blinds. My husband argued and finally got them to agree to match the another companies price (they were $1000 over price compare to another company.) But Direct Home Decor would only honor face value of $350, and would not honor the $1000 groupon. Very disappointed! Had we not had bought this groupon, we would have gone somewhere else to buy blinds.
