I called to schedule the course and no one returned my call. I proceeded to the website and tried to contact someone through the 'contact us' page and still no response. Very poor communication from this company. Will not be utilizing my credit with them. Wasted money.

teacher was great.. but the place was dirty and smelled like old bleach floor were filthy and disgusting without including the washroom was like a nuclear zone.

I booked our class in December and it was cancelled due to the instructors illness. Totally understandable, but now I have been trying to rebook our class. When I contacted Troy on Monday at about 9 am, I was told that we could come that day at noon or at 6. Obviously that did not work for us, we need a bit more time to organize things. Today I contacted him again, because he had not gotten back to me and I was told that the openings were on Mondays at noon. Again, that doesn't work for us as we both work full time. He has not gotten back to me to offer another time. At this point I would like a refund. I do not believe that this will be a positive experience for us to participate in the class.

If you get a chance, take the full course. The instructor was awesome and it was a great experience.
